Lauren was fantastic, and we are so grateful to have had her support during the first months of our baby’s life. She is truly an expert at all things newborn: diaper changing, bathing, feeding, sleeping, comforting, clearing baby’s nose, etc. As first time parents, we really appreciated how generous she was with her pointers at just the right moments, while always keeping our priorities in mind. We truly learned a lot from her. She was also fantastic with our baby and we slept peacefully knowing he was being cared for by Lauren. Beyond helping us get more sleep and caring for the baby, she brought a warm, fun, calming presence into our home during this special stage of life. Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny helped my wife and I tremendously following the birth of our first child. Casandra was a wonderful caregiver and a huge source of wisdom and guidance to us. We are already planning to request her help for baby #2! Personally, I do not do well without sleep, so I was extra nervous about the newborn stage. Simply knowing we had help from BBN&N quelled my anxieties in the weeks leading up to our son's arrival. Yet Casandra and the entire BBN&N team exceeded even my high expectations. They provide an extremely organized and impactful service that I recommend to any parents, new or experienced.

Stephanie has been a fantastic caregiver for our newborn son. She began supporting our family when our son was around five weeks old and helped us through an incredibly challenging period until he was approximately three months old. Throughout that time, she was consistently professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and compassionate. On her very first day, Stephanie quickly acclimated to our family and confidently took over our baby’s care so I could get some much-needed rest. When I woke up from a nap, I discovered that a baby bouncer we had received had been assembled, a sound machine had been unpacked and set up, and she had provided thoughtful recommendations for baby-friendly household products, including dish soap and laundry detergent. It felt as though our home had been transformed into a more infant-friendly environment in a matter of hours, and it gave me tremendous confidence that Wesley was receiving exceptional care. In the weeks that followed, Stephanie continued to provide outstanding support. She observed that Wesley was exhibiting symptoms consistent with silent reflux. Although our first pediatrician was initially skeptical, Stephanie continued to raise the possibility respectfully and without being intrusive. Her observations ultimately prompted us to seek a second opinion. As a result, our son was prescribed anti-reflux medication, which significantly improved his feeding. It is entirely possible that without Stephanie’s insight, our son would have continued to struggle unnecessarily. We were deeply grateful not only for her knowledge, but also for the thoughtful and respectful way she shared her recommendations. We always felt comfortable considering her advice and making our own decisions as parents. By the end of our time together, I felt far more confident in my ability to care for my child and had been given valuable time to recover from delivery. In addition to caring for our child, Stephanie assisted with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and countless other tasks that helped our family feel more rested and supported. After every visit, I felt refreshed, more capable, and better equipped to handle the challenges of the day. In my view, that is exactly what exceptional postpartum support should provide. I recommend Stephanie to other families without reservation and would gladly work with her again.

This service is worth every penny!! You may feel anxious to have a stranger in your home taking care of your newborn, but the team is very communicative and vetted. They are all very responsive to any questions and open to anything that may be causing you anxiety. I never felt like I was left hanging or any request I wanted was out of line. Special shoutout to Sheena who is an angel on earth and saved my sanity during those first few months of care!

We had the most wonderful experience with Ann from Boston Baby Nurse. She was with us for several months and is truly amazing, exceptional, A+++. She is an expert at sleep training; she got our newborn on a regular sleep schedule (now sleeping 11 hours! was not sleeping through the night before Ann) and helped her learn to self soothe. Ann is always on time, reliable, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. She has a wonderful laugh and disposition; she provides feedback and advice in a constructive but not pushy way. She truly cares. Any family who has the opportunity to work with Ann is blessed. We will miss her terribly, as will Baby D!

This was the best investment we made after having our second child. We were a little late to the game in scheduling, but Kelsey was able to find us a newborn care expert, Molly who was such a godsend, that we extended our care, and were given another expert, Meriyem who was equally amazing. I cannot recommend this service, save money on baby clothes and spend it on this instead!

Highly recommend! We found BBN&N through a friend who also had a great experience. Aliana was amazing with our daughter and allowed us to get some much needed rest a couple of nights a week so we could be better rested to parent our toddler while dealing with the newborn phase

We always felt our daughter was in excellent hands and are so grateful for her support during such an important time for our family. We feel like we made it through the newborn trenches in large part because of BBNN!
