Darin B., Newborn Care Expert
Darin enjoys supporting families as the transition home with their newborn. Her calm demeanor and gentle guidance allows her to work with families as they establish routines and schedules while gently guiding parents through all of the first year phases. Darin grew up in Boston but currently lives in Walpole where she and her husband are raising their four teenage children. She is a certified CPR instructor and a part-time driver’s ed teacher. In her spare time, she likes to spend time doing activities with her kids and care for their horses. She also enjoys yoga.
Doreen B., Newborn Care Expert
Doreen has been caring for infants and children for over 20 years and with five children of her own, she fully understands both the joys and challenges of brining a new baby home. Doreen’s loving nature and vast experience allows families to feel confident in the care their newborn is receiving. She is able to gently lead parents through the newborn phase and provide families with the reassurance they need during the first months home with a newborn. Doreen resides in Cape Cod with her husband and children.

With her gentle spirit, good sense of humor and extensive experience in baby care and night sleep strategies Kate is able to provide excellent care for babies, while guiding parents in newborn care. Her degree in education with concentration in ESL and extensive experience in teaching students from various cultural, social and religious backgrounds have taught her to easily adjust to different family situations, requirements and philosophies. .

Maria has been working in infant and child care and education for 12 years. Her desire is to provide gentle, nurturing care to help support the health and happiness of babies and families. She is a Certified Health Coach for pre and post natal women providing nutrition and overall wellness counseling to moms and babies. Maria lives in South Boston with her dog Nino and loves to read, walk, and experiment with healthy cooking.
Robin C., Newborn Care Expert
Robin received her degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development in 1992 and has spent the last 24 years working with infants, young children and their families. Robin’s extensive past experience includes newborns with reflux, allergies, premature lung development and physical impairments. Her caring, calm presence brings comfort to the most anxious of parents and her ability to asses and respond to each newborns’ individual needs is innate. Robin is passionate about helping each family to enjoy the fourth trimester and in eliminating some of the key stresses that come along with welcoming a newborn into the home. With lactation advice, sleep training techniques and a strong foundation in infant practice a development, she has been an asset to every family that she has worked with. Robin resides in Medfield with her daughter.

Charlene earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Human Services with a concentration in Family and Children’s Services. She is able to gently guide and support new parents as they transition home with their newborn, while also promoting healthy newborn sleep routines. Charlene’s experience combined with her warmth, kindness, and flexibility enables families to create a schedule that best meets their needs while also feeling reassured with the love and care their newborn is receiving.

Susan has known her calling since high school when she was an avid babysitter and she has been caring for children ever since. She took her first full time nanny job in 1990 and in 1999 she started doing overnights caring for newborns. She has supported approximately 200 newborns as a Newborn Care Specialist. Susan’s warm and calm manner is soothing to babies and parents alike which is especially beneficial in the first few months home with a newborn. Her flexibility and helpful manner make give parents peace of mind that their family is in the very best of care. Susan lives in Gloucester with her husband where they enjoy going for walks and spending time at the beach.

Courtney has 15 years of experience caring for children ranging from infants to school aged. She has always loved spending time and interacting with children. Courtney was an elementary school teacher for just under ten years before leaving to spend more time with her husband and sons, who are six and four. Since then, she has managed a small childcare in her home. This role has given her the opportunity to really nurture the children in her care while consistently communicating and offering requested advice to parents in regards to feeding and sleeping schedules as well as general developmental concerns. Courtney has experience with sleep training, colic, reflux, and caring for multiples. In her spare time, she spends time with her family, in her garden, or with a book.

In her spare time Jaime enjoys cheering on her children in all of their sporting events and spending quality time with family relaxing on the beach. Jaime resides on the South Shore of Massachusetts with her family.

Safya has over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. She truly enjoys working with families in order to create a comfortable, loving and nurturing atmosphere. Understanding the obstacles of being a mom is something Safya knows firsthand. Safya is a certified Lactation Counselor and received a degree from Emmanuel College in Sociology with a minor in Biology.

Amirra has been affectionately nicknamed “The baby whisperer” by the many families she has had the pleasure of working with over the past ten years. She has continually demonstrated a keen ability to discern and communicate with infants, creating an undeniable bond. She has experience working with multiples, infants born prematurely and medically complex infants. Amirra is currently completing her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, and aspires to work in the neonatal intensive care unit. Amirra enjoys reading, dancing and dining out in her free time.

One of Celeste’s missions is to help new families get off to a great start and develop strong family bonds! She has been doing this for 24 years in a variety of ways as a professional child care provider, a birth and postpartum doula, a prenatal and mom & baby yoga instructor and a baby, toddler and preschool yoga teacher. Celeste brings a calm, reassuring, nurturing presence to all of her clients and students. She is a wealth of knowledge especially in the area of holistic health, well-being and nutrition as well as mindful parenting and child care. She sees her role as supporting everyone in the family in being happy and healthy! In her spare time she loves to sing, dance, walk, bike and play with her two fur babies, Olivia and Simba.

Christie is a pediatric nurse and has extensive experience with in home nursing care. In addition to her background as an LPN, she has experience caring for twins and singletons. She is also an experienced lactation counselor and is a wonderful support to both breast and bottle feeding moms. Christie has a passion for working with new mothers and guiding them through the first months home with a newborn, as they adjust their routines and develop eating and sleeping schedules. In her free time Christie loves to read, hike, run and be at the beach with her children.

Denise has been working with infants and children for over 18 years, offering guidance and support to families as they grow and change. She loves working with twins! Her hands on experience, kindness and gentle demeanor help build confidence and give parents peace of mind that their newborn is in the hands of an expert. Her passion for building strong family bonds has led her to pursue certifications as a postpartum doula, lactation educator and parent educator. She has also pursued training in respectful care of infants, infant nutrition, infant brain development and is a certified Youth Mental Health Aid.

Spending time with so many families has broadened her understanding of family dynamics and really showed her how to work as a team with parents. Esther speaks English and German fluently and believes her German upbringing makes her reliable, punctual and organized while being caring, nurturing, understanding and gentle. As a mother of four grown children, she understands the immense responsibility of caring for another’s children and is always sensitive to the needs of both the parents and the newborn. For 15 years Mary taught in a NAEYC accredited preschool in the greater Chicago area. Mary lives in Cape Cod with her husband Thom and golden retriever Crash.

She actively consults with the team and is eager to share her strategies with young families. When Breda is not caring for newborns, she enjoys teaching Irish Step Dancing.

Thaty O. is an Early Childhood and Parent Educator who has been working with children for nearly 20 years in a variety of settings with the majority of them, being in private homes, co-raising several incredibly brilliant children while also teaching hundreds of nannies and parents in the Boston area. Thaty specializes in working with first time parents and their newborns, providing positive encouragement and guidance while nurturing and fostering the healthy development of their babies. Thaty has an extensive academic and professional training background and some of them include: CAPPA Postpartum Doula, Advanced Newborn Care Expert, certified Happiest Baby on the Block Educator, Mediator and Mediator Coach for the nation’s first Domestic Worker/Employer Mediation Project, as well as Master Certified Parent and Family Coach. She holds a B.A. in Multidisciplinary Studies (majoring in Early Childhood Education), a Master of Education and a Master of Management in Leadership and Coaching.
