Darin B., Newborn Care Specialist
Darin enjoys supporting families as the transition home with their newborn. Her calm demeanor and gentle guidance allows her to work with families as they establish routines and schedules while gently guiding parents through all of the first year phases. Darin grew up in Boston but currently lives in Walpole where she and her husband are raising their four teenage children. She is a certified CPR instructor and a part-time driver’s ed teacher. In her spare time, she likes to spend time doing activities with her kids and care for their horses. She also enjoys yoga.
Doreen B., Newborn Care Specialist
Doreen has been caring for infants and children for over 20 years and with five children of her own, she fully understands both the joys and challenges of brining a new baby home. Doreen’s loving nature and vast experience allows families to feel confident in the care their newborn is receiving. She is able to gently lead parents through the newborn phase and provide families with the reassurance they need during the first months home with a newborn. Doreen resides in Cape Cod with her husband and children.
Kate B., Newborn Care Specialist
Kate is able to connect and support with families as they transition home with their newborn. With her gentle spirit, good sense of humor and extensive experience in baby care and night sleep strategies Kate is able to provide excellent care for babies, while guiding parents in newborn care. Her degree in education with concentration in ESL and extensive experience in teaching students from various cultural, social and religious backgrounds have taught her to easily adjust to different family situations, requirements and philosophies. .
Amanda C., LPN
Amanda is a maternal child LPN and has been working as a baby nurse for the last five years. Prior to her role as a baby nurse, Amanda worked as both a labor and delivery, postpartum and nursery nurse. Most of her time in the nursery was spent caring for preterm babies. Her passion is teaching and assisting new moms during those first few months after birth. Amanda is also the owner of a concierge and baby nurse agency on Nantucket, called ACK Fast Service. This is where you will find her during the summer months. Amanda is available to care for your baby in the fall, winter and spring. Most importantly, Amanda is a mother herself. When she is not taking care of babies Amanda enjoys spending her free time playing outdoors and exploring the world with her son and daughter.
Cindy C., Newborn Care Specialist
Cindy has been actively supporting young families for over 15 years. In addition to caring for newborns, Cindy is a trained Doula and has supported many women through their pregnancies, birth and the postpartum period. She is also active in supporting women with high risk pregnancies and in 2000 became the first Director of a newly created nonprofit agency called, A Baby Center. She remained in this position for five years then stepped down so she could return to her true passion which is taking care of mothers and newborns. Cindy has 7 grown children and 4 grandchildren and resides in greater Boston.
Holly C., RN
Holly has over ten years of experience as a baby nurse and nanny. Her expertise includes caring for singletons, twins, and triplets. As a mother of twins herself, she knows firsthand the myriad of unique challenges parents of multiples might face. Holly’s gentle and supportive manner helps to make the transition to early parenthood as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. She has experience with colic, reflux, milk allergies, eczema and infant sleep routines. Holly’s true passion is supporting new parents and caring for newborns as they begin their wonderful journey together.
Maria C., Newborn Care Specialist
Maria has been working in infant and child care and education for 12 years. Her desire is to provide gentle, nurturing care to help support the health and happiness of babies and families. She is a Certified Health Coach for pre and post natal women providing nutrition and overall wellness counseling to moms and babies. Maria lives in South Boston with her dog Nino and loves to read, walk, and experiment with healthy cooking.
Robin C., Newborn Care Specialist
Robin received her degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development in 1992 and has spent the last 24 years working with infants, young children and their families. Robin’s extensive past experience includes newborns with reflux, allergies, premature lung development and physical impairments. Her caring, calm presence brings comfort to the most anxious of parents and her ability to asses and respond to each newborns’ individual needs is innate. Robin is passionate about helping each family to enjoy the fourth trimester and in eliminating some of the key stresses that come along with welcoming a newborn into the home. With lactation advice, sleep training techniques and a strong foundation in infant practice a development, she has been an asset to every family that she has worked with. Robin resides in Medfield with her daughter.
Kettia D., Newborn Care Specialist
Kettia has over 10 years of childcare experience, working with families in both Boston and New York. Her calm and nurturing demeanor brings a sense of comfort to the families who she supports. Kettia understands that having a baby, whether as a first time parent or adding siblings to a family, can be overwhelming and her gentle guidance allows families to truly enjoy the newborn phase. She graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.
Charlene F., Newborn Care Specialist
Charlene has over 13 years of experience as a childcare provider. Her experience includes caring for newborns, multiples, special needs and children of various ages. Being a certified lactation consultant, she has extensive knowledge and expertise with breastfeeding, sleep and feeding schedules. Charlene earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Human Services with a concentration in Family and Children’s Services. She is able to gently guide and support new parents as they transition home with their newborn, while also promoting healthy newborn sleep routines. Charlene’s experience combined with her warmth, kindness, and flexibility enables families to create a schedule that best meets their needs while also feeling reassured with the love and care their newborn is receiving.
Courtney G., Newborn Care Specialist
With over ten years’ experience, Courtney has developed a toolbox of strategies to support new parents. She has an intuitive sense of what a babies need, why they are crying, when they are tired, and how to soothe and calm them. Courtney has a nurturing and loving nature and brings a sense of calm and comfort to families. Courtney is also a certified medical assistant and has experience working at Children’s Hospital in Boston. When Courtney is not working or enjoying her time with her niece and nephews, she enjoys going to movies, biking, snowboarding and spending time with friends.
Yana G., Newborn Care Specialist
Yana earned her degree in early childhood education and began caring for young children during her college years. Since that time, Yana’s experience has included caring for babies in a hospital setting as well as in a daycare environment. For the past 15 years, Yana has been caring for newborns and working with families as they transition into their new role as parents. Her expertise includes caring for twins and triplets and she enjoys teaching parents about caring for babies with reflux and colic. Yana lives outside of Boston her husband and two children.
Caroline J., Newborn Care Specialist
Caroline has over 15 years of experience supporting families and enjoys working with newborns as they transition home. She has an easy going, flexible nature and families immediately feel comfortable sharing their questions with her and asking for feedback. Caroline’s expertise includes working with twins and multiples. When Caroline is not taking care of newborns she is home taking care of her two school age boys.
Christie M., LPN
Christie is a pediatric nurse and has extensive experience with in home nursing care. In addition to her background as an LPN, she has experience caring for twins and singletons. She is also an experienced lactation counselor and is a wonderful support to both breast and bottle feeding moms. Christie has a passion for working with new mothers and guiding them through the first months home with a newborn, as they adjust their routines and develop eating and sleeping schedules. In her free time Christie loves to read, hike, run and be at the beach with her children.
Ellen M., Newborn Care Specialist
As a caring, considerate person with a quiet sense of strength and calm, Ellen, is a great asset to families with young children, especially infants. With almost 15 years experience caring for children of all ages, Ellen has the necessary skills and personality to support new mothers with their infants. She feels that it is privilege to care and guide new mothers during the first few months with a newborn when the family is adjusting to new eating and sleeping schedules. In her free time Ellen enjoys reading, walking and exercising with friends and spending time with her husband and their two children.
Grace M., Newborn Care Specialist
Grace has an associates degree in Early Childhood and is licensed by the department of Early Education and Care. She has over 20 years of experience working with families with children of all ages, however, her true love is caring for newborns. She has a very nurturing and loving demeanor and babies seem to immediately calm in her presence. When Grace is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown children.
Kelly M., Newborn Care Specialist
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in childcare services, stemming from preschool teacher, nanny home daycare provider and Perninatal Care Tech in Labor and delivery. Kelly’s calm and relaxed nature sets the tone for an easy and pleasant experience with her families. Her passion for newborns and extensive knowledge in sleep schedules, feeding, nursing and general child care is a great asset in helping families establish their normal during their transition time at home with their new bundle of joy. Kelly works hard at making everything an easy going experience for everyone. South of Boston is where Kelly resides with her husband and 2 teen daughters. Reading and being physically fit are some Kelly’s personal passions.

Laura has worked with Boston area families the last 10+ years. After having her own children, she decided to become a postpartum doula and lactation educator in order to assist families in the wonderful journey of caring for a newborn, She enjoys easing the transition of bringing home a new baby so parents are able to enjoy their newborn and have confidence in caring for them on their own. Her wealth of knowledge in lactation has eased common fears new mothers have and made their experience enjoyable for both mother and baby. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking, hiking and gardening.

With a nurturing and gentle manner, Mary provides loving care to newborns and their families. She has more than twenty years of experience working with children of all ages. As a mother of four grown children, she understands the immense responsibility of caring for another’s children and is always sensitive to the needs of both the parents and the newborn. For 15 years Mary taught in a NAEYC accredited preschool in the greater Chicago area. Mary lives in Cape Cod with her husband Thom and golden retriever Crash.
Nancy M., Newborn Care Specialist
Nancy has been able to combine her passions in life, a true love of children, a love of the arts, as well as traveling, into a 25+ year career. She is certified as a pre-school teacher, a certified new born care specialist, as well as a certified lactose consultant. She has been a live-in Nanny, a traveling Nanny as well as a long term care Nanny, including high profile clients. She has experience with large groups of children, as well as multiples. Nancy understands that each family requires their own specific support plan and so she maintains a flexible schedule that allows her to support families in a schedule that best meets their needs.
Tracey M., Newborn Care Specialist
Tracey has been a nanny for the last 15 years to various families in the Boston area. When families work with Tracey, they are drawn to her sweet demeanor and vast experience. Tracey is able to gently guide parents in the development of healthy sleep routines. Tracey is also a Certified Radiology Technologist and resides outside Boston with her husband and three daughters.

Families immediately feel at ease in Breda’s presence, as her kind and thoughtful manner make her easy to connect with and her flexibility allows her to support them based on their individual needs. Breda is always seeking out ways to collaborate with other Newborn Care Specialists and learn more about the latest research in infant care. She actively consults with the team and is eager to share her strategies with young families. When Breda is not caring for newborns, she enjoys teaching Irish Step Dancing.

Cheryl has a wide range experience including caring for singles, preterm babies and twins. Cheryl understands that it is essential for new moms to get enough support, rest and nourishment during the postpartum period so that they can fully recover and enjoy the newborn phase. She provides the education and guidance many women need as they transition into their new roles and grow into motherhood. Cheryl has four children of her own and enjoys spending time with them when she is not supporting young families.

Evgenia is patient, caring, and energetic and she truly cares about connecting with the young families she supports. Evgenia is able to patiently and gently guide new parents through the newborn phase while providing loving care to their baby. Evgenia is also working towards a degree in early childhood education.

Louise has been supporting families for more than 25 years. Although she is experienced caring for children of all ages, her specialty for the last 10 years has been overnight care for newborns. Louise has extensive training on successfully in supporting babies develop positive sleep routines. Louise consistently focuses on understanding the latest infant research and takes several courses related to newborn care every year. To keep up her energy, Louise enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with her husband.

Her passion for babies and the newborn stage led her to become certified as a postpartum doula. She is trained to teach, nurture and foster independence in the new family. Her past clients often remark on how much calm she brings to their household as she patiently teaches the new parents and helps them to feel confident in caring for their newborn. Elizabeth is a mother of 3 and grandmother to one.

She is the proud mother of a teenage son that she raises with her husband.
