A letter from our founder
With decades of experience as a labor and delivery nurse in Boston, I have worked with countless families during some of the most transformative moments of their lives. My expertise spans labor, postpartum care, the NICU, and pediatrics, providing me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges new parents face. After welcoming my third child, I transitioned to teaching parent education classes, where families often asked for personalized, in-home support. Their trust and encouragement inspired me to take a leap of faith and found Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny nearly two decades ago.
Combining my nursing and business degrees, I created a team of compassionate, highly trained caregivers who share my passion for delivering exceptional care. Families have come to rely on Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny for our unparalleled service, earning us over 200 five-star Google reviews. Our caregivers are the best in the industry—experienced, professional, and dedicated to helping families thrive.
As an award-winning author of The Baby Nurse Bible and Newborn 101, I am thrilled to announce the release of the updated edition of Newborn 101 this month. This revised version is packed with invaluable tips and practical advice to guide parents through the early days with confidence and ease.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Child Development and is a certified Sleep Consultant through Sleeptastic Solutions. As a Parent Educator, Sleep Consultant, and Boston Baby Nurse’s NCE Hiring Manager, she brings nearly a decade of experience working with infants, new parents, and caregivers to provide compassionate, knowledgeable guidance and support.
Olivia Wojcik, BSN RN IBCLC graduated summa cum laude and has been a nurse working with mothers and babies for 8 years. She is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and specializes in infant & newborn feeding and education. She is a trained sleep coach, newborn care expert, and a level II reiki practitioner. Her biggest accomplishment and the one of which she is the most proud, is being the mother to two beautiful girls.Nanny Placement Team
Sarah has over 16 years of experience as an early childhood teacher and center director as well as 5 years of private nannying. Sarah attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, graduating with a degree in Early Childhood Education & Administration. Her role is to seek highly experienced nannies to meet the individual needs of our wonderful families. Sarah has two young children of her own and uses her experience as an educator and a mother to find candidates that will impress. She loves being outside with her husband and children during her off hours.
Carol Ann is a highly experienced childcare professional; she has been in the field for more than 15 years. Her role at Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny involves interviewing and working with qualified nannies to connect them with our amazing families. Carol Ann is passionate about and committed to placing the right nanny with the right family. With her experience in the field, she respects each family’s unique needs and strives to help find the highest level of care. In her spare time, Carol Ann enjoys being with her husband and three children.Operations & Technical Team
As the Chief Financial Officer, Susan holds an MBA and brings over 25 years of experience in finance and strategic planning to the team, ensuring that Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny continues to provide exceptional care and support services to families while maintaining its financial integrity.
Newborn Care Expert Team
Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny’s reputation for delivering high caliber care comes from having a team of warm and highly qualified Newborn Care Experts (NCE). We select only experienced caregivers who are Infant CPR certified and successfully complete our comprehensive training program. We provide on-going professional development to ensure that our NCEs are following the latest sleep safety guidelines, soothing techniques, and baby care recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). In order to cater to each family’s unique needs, we have Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Lactation Consultants, and Postpartum Doulas available as well.
