What makes the team at Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny so special? Why should I choose to work with Boston Baby Nurse over another company?
Anyone can call themselves a “newborn/baby expert” and register to work with an agency. However, not all caregivers are created equal. In fact, many have no qualified training and when it comes to caring for your baby that’s just not good enough.
Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny selects only experienced caregivers who are Infant CPR certified and who have successfully completed the BBN comprehensive training program. With the unique support of a board certified pediatrician we can ensure our team is kept up-to-date on the latest sleep safety guidelines, soothing techniques and baby care recommendations all based the guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
This same idea holds true for the quality of nanny agencies. Some agencies sign up nannies without ever having a personal interview. Not at Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny. We believe that in addition to an extensive background check it is just as important for our placement counselors to personally meet and interview each nanny face to face. Many BBN nannies have worked with us for years. Your family deserves the best. Call Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny today.

Can I choose to work with an RN?
Yes, Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny can send a registered nurse to your home to help you care for your baby. Our team of registered nurses have experience in maternity, newborn and family care. This is a valuable option if either mom or baby are medically compromised and need the specialized services that an RN can offer.
How Does BBN&N screen its caregivers?
We are very particular about the qualifications and backgrounds of our employees. Boston Baby Nurse™ knows that the peace of mind that comes from trusting your baby nurse with your baby is a priority. All nurses and nannies at Boston Baby Nurse undergo an extensive background, criminal and CORI check. Our entire staff has either been referred by a local hospital or by another Boston Baby Nurse employee. If you desire additional information, we will be happy to provide you with the contact information of past families our nurses have worked with.
When should I schedule a NCS or an RN ?
In general, due to the high demand of our care providers we suggest that you schedule 4-6 weeks before your anticipated due date. However, if you have an immediate need, do not hesitate to call us and we will try to accommodate your request for service.
