Nanny Placement Team
Ashley G., Long-Term Nanny Placement Director
Ashley oversees the long-term nanny placement program at Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny and is the first point of contact for new families in need of the perfect caregiver. Ashley strives to provide each family with individualized care and attention by personally visiting their homes for an initial private consultation. As a mother of two young children herself, she knows how important it is to find the right nanny match for your family, and she aims to provide families with candidates they can trust to take exceptional care of the most precious members of their family. She has worked as a Newborn Care Specialist for BBNN and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Special Education at Bridgewater State University. When not helping your family find the ideal candidate, Ashley can be found chasing after her overly energetic children or convincing her husband to get on board with her next “great idea.”
Laurie G., Nanny Program Coordinator
Laurie is our Nanny Program Coordinator. She is involved in the daily operations of the Nanny Recruitment Program, and assists in all aspects of the vetting process. She prides herself in being a team player and helping to ascertain highly qualified candidates. As a college graduate, she has a background in pediatric Physical Therapy and Early Childhood Education. She taught in a Preschool classroom for 12 years. Laurie is married with two children who are both in college. While she is adjusting to being an ‘empty nester,’ she keeps busy by spending time with her extended family and obsessively watching anything on Bravo TV.
Amy T., Nanny Recruitment Manager
Amy, a Massachusetts native, is the Recruitment Manager for Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny. She has over 25 years of experience working as a lead teacher and director for childcare centers in the area. Amy uses her genuine love of children to select nannies who share her same passion to teach and nurture young minds. When she isn’t meeting and vetting nannies, she enjoys going for absurdly long walks and taking her three awesome children on beach vacations!
