When should I schedule my Newborn Care Expert?
In general, due to the high demand of our services, we recommend scheduling your newborn care expert approximately two months in advance of your anticipated due date. However, if you have an immediate need, do not hesitate to call our team and we will do our best to accommodate your request for service.
Can I request a predictable schedule with consistent overnight care?
Yes, our goal is to provide peace of mind for families by providing regular schedules with consistent caregivers. We also have a team in place who is able to provide support in the event of a sick call or other emergency.
We create a schedule that is customized to meet the needs of each family. We try our best to provide a flexible service. Overnight visits can be scheduled from 1-7 nights per week for a minimum time of 8 hours/shift .
