I found it very helpful to take some trainings before starting my position. The covid training was factual and easy to understand. All the trainings provide the nannies with resources and information on who to call for support and answers to questions moving forward.
Nanny Safety Course:
The “Nanny Safety Course” is not only a good refresher for someone who has been in this field for a while, but it sparked a renewed sense of focus and really motivated me to be intentional about the care that I give and the quality I will always strive to provide.
